• Please place your order, with the bear's name, using the email address or the telephone number on the Contact Us page.

• For UK orders, payment can be made electronically (a payment link will be sent to you)  or by bank transfer. For overseas orders, only electronic payment is accepted. 

 

• When placing an order by email, please state your intended method of payment and provide your name, address and postcode. Confirmation of your order will be sent by email (or by post, if you prefer). Once your order is confirmed, full payment is required.

• Should you wish to cancel your order, you have 14 days from the date you placed your order in which to do so.

 

• Please note that layaway is not available.

 

• All prices (unless stated otherwise) are inclusive of UK delivery and insurance.   

 

• Your order will be dispatched once your payment is verified. Royal Mail (or courier) is used for delivery of UK orders. 

 

• Delivery charges for overseas shipping can be quoted. Please enquire by email for current rates.

• If you are not entirely satisfied with your bear, you may return it in its original condition within fourteen days for a full refund, including the original delivery cost. You will need to pay for return postage. Should you wish to return your bear, please contact Brendan via email or telephone.
